Final Sale
- Most items are final sale once shipped.
- Exceptions: damaged in transit, incorrect item, defective product.
Packaging & Quality Control
- Multi-step inspection and recorded packing ensure accuracy.
- All products leave our facility in perfect condition.
Report an Issue (within 7 days)
Email support@yesnailtrends.com with:
- Name on order, order number, shipping address.
- Photos/videos of the product and packaging.
Keep all packaging and damaged items in original condition for review.
Review & Eligibility
Eligible (non-damaged items)
- Unused, unopened, in original packaging.
- Request made within 14 days of delivery.
- Proof of purchase provided.
Not Accepted
- Gift cards.
- Sale/clearance items.
- Opened or used nail products.
Refund / Exchange
Refunds & Fees
- Refunds (if approved) to original payment within 5–10 business days.
- Banks may take up to 4 weeks to post.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Fees may apply: 10% cancellation (pre-shipment), up to 25% restocking (returned items).
Exchanges
- Only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
- If replacement unavailable, refund will be issued.
International & Shipping
International Orders
- Customers are responsible for customs, taxes, and duties.
- No refund if customs charges are refused or package is held.
Shipping Responsibility
- Customer pays return shipping unless it’s our error.
- Re-delivery fees apply for incorrect address/refusal/no recipient.
