Final Sale
  • Most items are final sale once shipped.
  • Exceptions: damaged in transit, incorrect item, defective product.
Packaging & Quality Control
  • Multi-step inspection and recorded packing ensure accuracy.
  • All products leave our facility in perfect condition.
STAGE 2

Report an Issue (within 7 days)

Email support@yesnailtrends.com with:

  • Name on order, order number, shipping address.
  • Photos/videos of the product and packaging.
Keep all packaging and damaged items in original condition for review.
STAGE 3

Review & Eligibility

Eligible (non-damaged items)
  • Unused, unopened, in original packaging.
  • Request made within 14 days of delivery.
  • Proof of purchase provided.
Not Accepted
  • Gift cards.
  • Sale/clearance items.
  • Opened or used nail products.
STAGE 4

Refund / Exchange

Refunds & Fees
  • Refunds (if approved) to original payment within 5–10 business days.
  • Banks may take up to 4 weeks to post.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Fees may apply: 10% cancellation (pre-shipment), up to 25% restocking (returned items).
Exchanges
  • Only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
  • If replacement unavailable, refund will be issued.

International Orders
  • Customers are responsible for customs, taxes, and duties.
  • No refund if customs charges are refused or package is held.
Shipping Responsibility
  • Customer pays return shipping unless it’s our error.
  • Re-delivery fees apply for incorrect address/refusal/no recipient.
