Step #4 Top Coat is the final step required in our Dip Powder application process!
DETAILS:
Yes! Nails Step #4 Top Coat is specially formulated to work with dip powder so there is no need to cure under a lamp. Apply two thin layers to create added shine and protect the nails from harmful UV rays
Our Top Coat provides a high Gloss Shine, contains vitamins A & E and calcium to nourish the nails.
Apply after you have finished all layers of dip powder and applied Step #3 Activator.
Apply 2 coats – 1ST layer allow to dry for 1 minute & 2ND layer allow to dry for 3-5 minutes.
